Competency requirements for Assessors:
- Skills: Good interpersonal and analytical skills; good written and oral communication skills; computer literate.
- Training: Certificated in IMO Model Course 3.12, 6.09, and 6.10. If conducting assessment with the use of simulator, shall posses appropriate certificate for conducting practical assessment with the use of such simulator; attended ISO 9001:2015 Awareness is an advantage.
- MARINA-accredited competency assessor as per Memo Circular 2024-01.

Requirements:
- College graduate
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Capable of handling e-mail correspondence
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Basic knowledge in Photoshop or any similar software is an advantage
- Previous work experience in a maritime training/assessment center and manning/crewing is an advantage
